ISTANA BOGOR
Istana Kepresidenan Bogor didirikan pada tahun 1745 oleh Gubernur Jenderal Gustaaf Baron Van Imhoff.
Pada awalnya istana berfungsi sebagai tempat peristirahatan Gubernur Jenderal di Jakarta dan sejak tahun 1870 Istana Bogor menjadi kediaman resmi pada Gubernur Jenderal Belanda dan diberi nama "Buitenzorg" yang dalam bahasa Belanda berarti di luar kekhawatiran.
Pada masa sekarang Istana Bogor berfungsi sebagai kediaman Presiden Republik Indonesia dan juga untuk menyambut tamu tamu negara serta menyelenggarakan acara acara kenegaraan.

Bogor Presidential Palace was founded in 1745 by Governor General Gustaaf Baron Van Imhoff.
At first the palace functioned as the resting place of the Governor-General in Jakarta and since 1870 the Bogor Palace became the official residence of the Governor-General of the Netherlands and was given the name "Buitenzorg" which in Dutch means out of concern.
At present the Bogor Palace functions as the residence of the President of the Republic of Indonesia and also to welcome state guests and organize state events.
